Professional Blowout Hair Stylist - Weekend Max Pay Opportunities
About The Position
We are hiring for all Drybar locations in Indianapolis (Keystone Crossing, Bottleworks, and Carmel Clay Terrace), specifically for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This role offers the opportunity to earn maximum pay by working these peak days, with options for freelance or full-time employment. We focus exclusively on blowouts and styling, with no cuts or color services. Our stylists can also grow other businesses (cut/color, bridal, lash/brow) through Drybar client referrals. We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement within Drybar career paths as more locations are planned, and a great dress code (black, white, grey, yellow, and denim).
Requirements
- Active State of Indiana Cosmetology License required.
- Must have a great attitude.
- Must be a good team player.
- Must show up.
- Must be coachable and willing to learn and grow.
- Passion for styling hair.
- Able to effectively communicate and consult with clients and teammates to provide the best experiences.
Nice To Haves
- Grow any other cut / color / bridal / lash or brow business through Drybar client referrals.
Responsibilities
- Provide clients with 5-Star blowout & styling experiences.
- Offer a warm & friendly greeting.
- Conduct thorough in-chair consultations.
- Perform relaxing & thorough shampoo & conditioning treatments tailored to client needs.
- Upsell & add-on experiences that benefit the client and the finished product.
- Deliver a fantastic blowout & style that boosts client confidence.
- Communicate and inspire guests to join the Barfly member program.
- Collaborate within a team of Stylists & Front Desk Staff for smooth salon operation and guest experience.
- Provide a friendly client farewell that builds rapport and encourages repeat business.
