About The Position

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. This is a busy, growing salon looking for hair stylists to join our established team. The salon has great management that seeks to maintain a strong team, so everyone can thrive and have fun together at the same time. Schedules are flexible, base pay starts at $15/hr. Bonuses and tips typically double (or more!) the base. On top of that, we also offer Paid Time Off, 401k Plan, and Health Insurance! Clients come to us, no need to build a clientele. Full time/part time positions available.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
• A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
