About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. We at Great Clips are looking for part-time stylists like you for our Chicago locations! You are required to have the Illinois Cosmetology License or the eligibility to take the exam soon. We offer a positive salon environment with an incentive-based pay that rewards your skills. We also offer only afternoon shifts, and Saturdays and Sundays. You get a guaranteed hourly wage, a flexible schedule, paid time off, productivity pay, and a 401k.
Requirements
- Illinois Cosmetology License or eligibility to take the exam soon
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
