About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. We are searching for a passionate hair stylist with a CURRENT Cos/barber license who is flexible with evenings and weekend shifts! We offer a built in clientele, flexibility, holiday pay and on the job training with personalized development to help you ELEVATE your skills and flourish as a part of something GREAT! With an effective wage ranging from $20-$25 an hour PLUS cash tips you take home daily! $$ effective wage is base hourly pay plus, incentives, and credit card tips.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
- Flexibility with evenings and weekend shifts
