About The Position

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. This unique stylist position is at Great Clips in Levelland, and you can join our team of experienced stylists at our newest rapidly growing salon. We are looking for 3 stylists (cosmetology or barber license) with 2+ years of experience with cutting men’s and women’s hair. We are willing to train.

Requirements

Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
2+ years of experience with cutting men’s and women’s hair
A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
