About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. This role is ideal for experienced stylists, recent graduates, or individuals seeking flexible hours to accommodate other commitments. We are hiring stylists to join our locally owned team across 16 salons. Focus on your skills while we provide customers, eliminating booth rent and marketing costs. Stylists consistently earn $20+ per hour, with additional earning potential through commissions and bonuses. Enjoy the security of weekly pay, with part-time schedules designed to fit around school, family, or other jobs. We offer flexibility to build a schedule that suits your life, whether you need a few shifts a week or more.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province).
- A passion for haircutting.
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections.
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture.
