About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. This busy, growing salon is looking for hair stylists to join its established team. The salon has great management that seeks to maintain a strong team, so everyone can thrive and have fun together at the same time. Schedules are flexible, with hourly pay plus tips and bonuses ranging from $25-$40/hr. On top of that, the salon also offers Paid Time Off, a 401k Plan, and a Health Insurance Subsidy. Clients come to us, so there's no need to build a clientele. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
• A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
