About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Great Clips in Scottsboro is on the lookout for talented hairstylists to join our team on the weekends. Earn $25 - $35 per hour while having a blast while you're at it! The role offers a great earning potential with work-life balance. Customers are provided through walk-in traffic and Online Check-In, so there’s no need to self-promote or manage appointments. Part-time schedules are designed to cover specific shifts and offer flexibility and may vary by salon. Many stylists choose part-time hours to fit around family, school, or other work. Part-time stylists have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including Great Clips University.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
