Our existing customers allow our stylists to average $20-$40 an hour with bonus incentives, tips and a competitive base wage for a reliable income. We also understand the importance of self-care which is why we offer PTO and a flexible schedule to help you recharge! A current barber/cosmetology license is required.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
