About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. Enjoy a fun, upbeat salon where teamwork drives our success and every Stylist is supported. You control your earning potential while getting rewarded for delivering great experiences through our extensive bonus programs with earning potential of $25+ per hour. Full time Stylists work 30+ hours per week and have availability for 1 weekend shift. PTO, paid holidays, and a 401k 50% match. Great customers. A great team you'll love working with.

Requirements

Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
Desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
Team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
