About The Position

Ciao Bella Salon & Spa is seeking skilled, compassionate, and professional PA-licensed Cosmetologists to join their team. This family-owned company operates over 30 salon locations within Senior Living Communities and offers mobile service opportunities throughout Pennsylvania. They are dedicated to bringing beauty, confidence, dignity, and human connection to senior clients. The role requires individuals who enjoy building client relationships, delivering high-quality services, and working in a calm, respectful setting. The ideal candidate will be able to provide services to residents with varying mobility levels, including those who use wheelchairs or other mobility aids, and be comfortable assisting clients who may require additional time, accommodations, or personalized care. Patience, kindness, and attentiveness are key qualities, along with experience working with clients with mobility challenges or disabilities and the ability to adapt services to meet individual needs.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (required)
Flexible availability (weeknights not required), typical work day is 9am to 3pm
Strong customer service and communication skills
Compassion, patience, and professionalism-especially when working with senior clients
Ability to work independently while being a positive team player
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Experience working with clients who may have mobility challenges /or disabilities
Comfortable adapting services to meet individual resident needs.

Nice To Haves

Uphold a polished appearance and represents the Ciao Bella brand with pride and professionalism
Educate clients on services, maintenance, and product recommendations to enhance results
Assist with basic register transactions and salon software tasks as needed
Provide and maintain your own professional tools and supplies
Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continue growing your craft
