About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. Join our talented team of licensed Cosmetologists and Barbers! Base pay is $14.50 per hour but credit card tips and bonus brings stylists who can do 3 haircuts an hour to $25-30p/hr, all tips you take home same day! Salon hours are M-F 8-7, Saturday 8-5, and Sunday 8-2. Looking forward evenings and weekend help!! We have a built in clientele so no worrying about filling your books, just clock in! Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
