About The Position

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. This part-time position at our Mukilteo salon is exactly what you need. We are scouting for a motivated hair stylist to work weekends and opening shifts during the week. You’ll start with a competitive base of $21–$24/hr, but the real flex is that our stylists can potentially clear $35-$40/hr once you factor in heavy weekend tips, bonuses, and performance incentives.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
• A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
