About The Position

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and is designed to cover specific shifts, allowing stylists to balance this role with family, school, or other work. Customers are provided through walk-in traffic and Online Check-In, eliminating the need for self-promotion or appointment management. Part-time stylists have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including Great Clips University.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
