About The Position

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. Our stylists are W2 employees with guaranteed hourly pay and steady tips. Our team members make up to $30-$34 per hour of total income. We also have a 401(k) and 2 different medical insurance plans - benefits that are very rare in this industry. Our goal is to build a fun, supportive team culture! Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
• A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
