About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. We are looking for a licensed stylist who wants flexible hours, steady pay, and no pressure to build a client list. Customers are provided through walk-in traffic and Online Check-In, so there’s no need to self-promote or manage appointments. Many part-time stylists balance this role with school, other roles, or personal commitments. Part-time schedules are designed to cover specific shifts and offer flexibility and may vary by salon.
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- Desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- Team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
