About The Position

Blo is the industry leader in blow dry bars, with over 100 North American locations and a growing international presence. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with amazing product partners, receive ongoing training and development, and advance your career in the beauty industry. You will be responsible for creating a positive and professional salon environment, mastering Blo's signature styles, and making clients feel beautiful and valued.

Requirements

An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state
The ability to work weekends (Saturday at a minimum with Sunday and Friday availability preferred)
Flexibility with scheduling (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better

Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment
Participation in routine up-training and skill advancement for hair stylists
Opportunity to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup
Opportunity for promotion to senior stylist or management roles
