About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. Join a busy salon where you can do what you do best—cut hair, connect with customers, and make people look and feel great. You’ll get plenty of variety behind the chair. About one-third of our customers are women and two-thirds are men, plus we serve lots of seniors, families and kids. Different customers, different cuts—and a steady opportunity to build your skills and earn great tips. Earn $20–$22/hour based on experience, plus tips. Our stylists can expect to earn around $35/hour with tips. And because Great Clips brings the customers to you.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
