About The Position

Great Clips is seeking experienced stylists for our Chicago locations. Full time or part time. A current Illinois Cosmetology License or eligibility to take the Illinois exam. Experience with both men's and women's cuts and willingness to learn. Great salon environment with incentive-based pay structure that rewards your skills. Guaranteed hourly wage, daily tips, paid time off, productivity pay, & 401K.

Requirements

• A current Illinois Cosmetology License or eligibility to take the Illinois exam
• Experience with both men's and women's cuts
• Willingness to learn
• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
• A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
