About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. This position offers a tenure loyalty program and double paid time off. Full-time employment requires only 30 hours per week, with part-time options also available. The starting compensation is up to $20 per hour, with ongoing training opportunities. Your birthday is a paid holiday, and an Employee Assistance Program is available for support. After 6 months of employment, you will receive 18 hours of paid time off, and after 1 year, you will receive 48 hours of paid time off. An equipment ordering plan is in place, and healthcare benefits are available after 6 months. An extra hour of pay is provided for working a split shift if needed. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
