About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. We're looking for a part-time stylist who wants a fun, supportive team behind them. Set your own flexible schedule (yes, some weekends), and earn $23–$30+ per hour plus bonuses. Add in dental and vision coverage, virtual medical and mental health support, and paid training, and you've got a job that actually works for your life. A current Texas cosmetology or barber license is required. Prefer full-time? We've got that too — with higher pay and even more perks.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
