Hair Stylist/Independent Contractor
About The Position
We are seeking a Contracted Hair Stylist for our RiverVillage East Assisted Living facility in NE Minneapolis! This is an independent contractor role with a flexible schedule, allowing you to create your own daytime hours. Our community has about 70 residents, and typically a stylist is in-house 2-3 days per week. You will set your own prices and receive all revenue from services provided. We offer a nicely updated salon, off-street parking, and a consistent flow of clientele. Catholic Eldercare is a community in Northeast Minneapolis offering various levels of care, including assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care, and adult day services.
Requirements
- Current MN Cosmetology license (Required)
- Current salon managers license.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years as a stylist
- Homebound service permit.
Responsibilities
- Provide hair styling services to residents.
- Manage your own schedule and pricing.
- Interact with people of all backgrounds and abilities.
- Maintain a dependable and consistent presence.
