Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in delivering a variety of spa treatments with attention to detail and client comfort.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of skincare products, massage techniques, and spa equipment operation.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Nice To Haves
- Certification from an accredited spa therapy program or vocational school preferred.
- Proven experience in a spa setting or related customer service field is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and manicures/pedicures according to established protocols.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and ensure a comfortable spa experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and common areas.
- Keep accurate records of client histories and treatment plans.
- Assist in retail sales of spa products and recommend products for at-home use.
- Stay informed about current spa trends and attend training sessions to improve skills.
