About The Position

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. This is a chance to build your craft. Base wage of $18+/hr and the potential to soar past $40+/hr when you stack up tips and bonuses. Shifts include Saturday (9-6) and Sunday (9-5), plus any available weekday shifts. We’re offering the full package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Requirements

A valid WA state cosmetology or barber license.
A genuine love for hair.
A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best.
A desire to listen.
A team-oriented attitude.
