About The Position

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. This location is one of the busiest in the DMV Market with an immediate customer base. We offer guaranteed hourly pay plus tips, with average earnings of $27-$35 per hour. You'll also receive 10% commission on all products sold, discounts on products/tools, and ongoing training/development.

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• Desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
• Team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
