About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. Our stylists are W2 employees with guaranteed hourly pay and steady tips. Our team members make up to $30-$34 per hour of total income. We also have a 401(k) and 2 different medical insurance plans - benefits that are very rare in this industry. Our goal is to build a fun, supportive team culture! Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
• A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
