Peyton Company is a locally owned Great Clips family with 14 locations across the Twin Cities & Western Wisconsin. We're looking for a full-time stylist ready for steady hours, great pay, and a team that's got your back. The deal includes $28–$48/hr, full-time hours, a consistent schedule, and a $5,000 hiring bonus. There are no appointments or clientele pressure, just great cuts and great people. We are local, community-driven, and invested in our team.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
