About The Position

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. This is a part-time position with opportunities to work weekends and/or weekday evenings. You will make a guaranteed hourly wage plus tips, with opportunities for higher earnings based on performance. We offer a steady flow of customers, skill training, and a team environment.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
• A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
