About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. Join our talented team of licensed Cosmetologists and Barbers! Base pay is $14.50 per hour but credit card tips and bonus brings stylists who can do 3 haircuts an hour to $18-27p/hr, all tips you take home same day! Salon hours are M-F 8-7, Saturday 8-5, and Sunday 8-2. We have a built in clientele so no worrying about filling your books, just clock in! Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- Desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- Team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
