About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our Spa team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional, luxury hair services while creating a personalized and memorable experience for every guest.

Requirements

• Current and valid local cosmetology license or certification
• Previous experience in a spa or salon environment; luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to perform well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and willingness to support colleagues
• Knowledge of the local Nashville area is preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for throughout their visit
• Provide professional hair services based on guest requests, including blowouts, haircuts, hair color, and extensions
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest needs, inquiries, special requests, and concerns
• Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset
• Assist guests with information related to spa services, retail products, the fitness center, and other hotel amenities
• Prepare, set up, operate, and maintain salon equipment in a clean, organized, and safe manner
• Ensure hair stations are fully stocked before services and properly broken down after each appointment
• Deliver consistently high-quality treatments that reflect Four Seasons luxury service standards
• Collaborate with spa and hotel colleagues to provide a seamless guest experience
