Part-Time Hair Stylist
About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and dependable retail hours, with up to 40 hours/week available. Customers are provided through walk-in traffic and Online Check-In, so there’s no need to self-promote or manage appointments. Many part-time stylists balance this role with school, other roles, or personal commitments. Part-time stylists have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including Great Clips University.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
- Weekend availability required (Sundays priority)
Nice To Haves
- Prior Great Clips experience preferred

- Deliver quality haircuts in 14–17 minutes
