Requirements

Licensed Barber / Cosmetologist / Hair Stylist (Men’s Cuts)
Valid cosmetology or barbering license in Pennsylvania.
Proven experience in hair cutting and styling techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Proficiency in using salon tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and styling services for clients.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and grooming.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
