About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. We’re hiring a licensed Cosmetologist or Barber to join our team! Base pay of $15-16 per hour, but credit card tips and bonus brings stylists who can do 3 haircuts an hour to $25-30 plus cash tips! All tips you take home daily! Full-time benefits include ACA compliant health coverage, 401(k) with 6% match, PTO, paid holidays, and personalized onboarding and training for all skill levels! $10,000 Incremental Sign-On Bonus Available for Full Time Stylists!! Must be flexible for scheduling based on traffic flow. Salon hours are 9-7 M-F, Saturday 8-5, and Sunday 9-2. 5-8 hour long shifts.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
