About The Position

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, suitable for experienced stylists, recent graduates, or those seeking flexible hours alongside other commitments. The role offers a competitive hourly wage plus tips, with earning potential between $20–$32 per hour. As a family-owned, goal-driven company with 29 salons across Eastern North Carolina, we are looking for passionate individuals who excel at cutting hair and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, creative, and adaptable, seeking a stable career with strong earning potential in a supportive setting.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
