About The Position

Busy salon next to Publix seeking full-time and part-time stylists. We have strong customer traffic and immediate clients available for new team members. We offer guaranteed base pay plus tips and performance bonuses with flexible scheduling. Our stylists earned $25–$32/hour effective pay during our first month open, averaging $28.50/hour. Tips paid daily. Great environment, strong team culture, steady walk-ins, and real opportunity to grow quickly.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
