About The Position

Cost Cutters is seeking a passionate and talented licensed cosmetologist or hair stylist to join their team. The ideal candidate has a passion for hairstyling and a desire to provide excellent guest service. Requis Inc., the franchise owner, is one of the largest salon franchise operators in the United States, with more than 500 employees nationwide.

Requirements

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable using technology and performing basic administrative tasks
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service
• Understand each guest’s needs
• Provide quality consultations
• Perform requested services in an efficient and professional manner
• Closing out the salon system when required
