About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. Seeking FT and PT Stylists. This Great Clips Salon has more customers than stylists to serve them. Tips are great, you don't get bored. WITH TIPS, SALARY, and PRODUCT/PRODUCTIVITY BONUSES, YOU CAN EASILY EARN $25 to $32 average per hour. We are offering a one-time sign on bonus for Full Time positions of $300 and $200 for Part Time positions paid after you have completed your first 90 days.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
