About The Position

Great Clips North Huntingdon is hiring a part-time hair stylist or barber. The role offers flexible scheduling and part-time hours, with evening and weekend availability needed; employees are not limited to working only those times. Stylists serve a steady flow of walk-in and Online Check-In customers without needing to bring their own clientele, self-market, manage appointments, or pay booth rent. Compensation includes guaranteed base pay, an hourly wage, and tips. The salon provides a supportive, team-oriented environment, training, technical coaching, and opportunities to take on more hours. Medical benefits and paid time off may be available at certain locations.

Great Clips salons are independently owned and operated by franchisees. Franchisees handle hiring and personnel matters at their salons.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Barber license.
• Have a passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best.
• Be willing to listen and provide excellent customer service and genuine connections.
• Have a team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture.
• Have evening and weekend availability.
