Part-Time Hair Stylist
About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. This part-time position is for 20-29 hours a week, ideal for experienced stylists, recent graduates, or those seeking flexible hours alongside other commitments. We are looking for a talented and friendly PT Hairstylist/Barber to join our team. Our pay range is $12.00-$30.00+ an hour, which includes a $12 or more guaranteed base wage PLUS, product bonuses 10%, performance bonuses and tips. Great Clips salons provide everything you need to succeed, including a great, reliable hourly wage plus tips, flexible scheduling, skill training, job stability with a steady flow of customers, a team environment, exclusive discounts, and innovative salon technology. We offer a consistent income without upselling pressure, commission stress, or competition for walk-ins. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
