About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. The Island Plaza Salon is looking for a Manager to lead an amazing squad of hair stylists. The financial glow-up is real: $20-$2/hr base, hitting $35-$40/hr total with tips and bonuses. Requirements

A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province).
Experience in leadership.
Flexibility for evenings and weekends.
A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best.

A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture.
