Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections

• Deliver high-quality haircuts with confidence and care
• Build genuine relationships with customers through great service and friendly conversation
• Stay up to date on trends, techniques, and salon standards
