About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. This position is ideal for experienced stylists, recent graduates, or individuals seeking flexible hours to accommodate other commitments. We are hiring stylists who can deliver high-quality haircuts while being part of a supportive professional team. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling designed to cover specific shifts and may vary by salon. Many stylists choose part-time hours to fit around family, school, or other work. Customers are provided through walk-in traffic and Online Check-In, so there’s no need to self-promote or manage appointments. Part-time stylists have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including Great Clips University.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
