About The Position

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. This is a part-time position, offering 2 or 3 days of work per week, with flexible scheduling options including weekdays, weekends, AM, or PM shifts. Great Clips salons provide a supportive environment with reliable hourly wages, tips, and flexible scheduling. You'll receive skill training, technical coaching, and ongoing development through Great Clips University. The role offers job stability with a steady flow of customers due to the brand's marketing, eliminating the need for self-marketing, booth rent, or hidden fees. Appointments are not required. You'll work in a team environment with opportunities for growth, exclusive discounts on salon tools and products, and innovative salon technology like Online Check-In and the Great Clips App. The position offers consistent income without upselling pressure, commission stress, or competition for walk-ins. Requirements

A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
