About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. This part-time position is ideal for experienced stylists, recent graduates, or individuals seeking flexible hours to complement other commitments. The role offers a predictable schedule of Sundays from 9 AM to 4 PM and Fridays from either 9 AM to 3 PM or 3 PM to 7 PM. Stylists can expect to earn an exceptional $28–$30 per hour in a salon that values its team members. Great Clips salons provide the necessary resources for success, including a great hourly wage plus tips, skill training, one-on-one technical coaching, and ongoing development through Great Clips University (GCU). The position offers job stability and a steady flow of customers due to the marketing efforts of the Great Clips brand, eliminating the need for self-marketing, booth rent, or hidden fees. Innovative salon technology, such as Online Check-In and the Great Clips App, streamlines administrative tasks, allowing stylists to focus on delivering haircuts. The role emphasizes consistent income without upselling pressure, commission stress, or competition for walk-ins. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province).
