About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. This is a part-time position with opportunities to work weekends and/or weekday evenings. You'll make a guaranteed hourly wage plus tips to start, with the potential to earn more based on performance. KCS Group, Inc. dba Great Clips pays weekly and offers Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance. We are looking for customer-oriented, team players who want to work in a fun environment.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
