Ready for a career that grows with you? Join our locally owned Carpe Diem Inc. Great Clips franchise and earn $24–$32+ per hour with guaranteed pay, tips, and bonuses. Get paid while you learn through hands-on training in a fun, fast-paced salon with no pressure to upsell. Full-time availability is required Monday through Friday during salon operating hours (locations are open until 7:30 or 8:00 p.m.) and weekends, as our salons are open seven days a week. Full-time team members also enjoy great benefits, including health insurance.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
