SmartStyle Salon, conveniently located inside the largest retailer- Walmart, is a premier salon offering high-quality hair services. Our team of passionate and talented professional hairstylists is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. Requirements

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations.
• Desire to lead a salon.
• Tech savvy.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks.
• Ability to close out the system at the end of the day.
• Ability to read, write, and do basic math.
• Good eyesight to observe a guest’s hair, including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Comfortable with standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements.
• Occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
• Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional leadership and guest service.
• Understand guest needs and provide quality consultations.
• Perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
• Perform administrative tasks, including closing out the system at the end of the day.
