Requirements

Current enrollment in a cosmetology or barber program
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication skills and a professional mindset

Responsibilities

Gain valuable skills, potential school credit or required hours, and a clear path to a chair waiting for you after you pass your boards.
Build relationships with experienced stylists and salon leaders.
Learn about salon operations, customer service, and teamwork.
Observe and support haircutting and finishing techniques, as allowed by state regulations.
Gain experience using salon systems, tools, and technology.
Ask questions, learn expectations, and understand day-to-day salon life.
