About The Position
F/S Cut & Color Salon in Lebanon, TN is an extremely established salon in Lebanon,TN! We are located in a Walmart plaza, new clients visit us daily! The salon is extremely busy! It’s an excellent opportunity to join our team and commission upto 48%! Our staff make on average above $25/hour! F/S Cut & Color provides affordable luxury hair services in a fun and bright atmosphere! We believe you work to live and love. We have over 30 years helping people find their success in the industry! Work in a recession proof industry providing beauty services to clients. Greet customers excitedly, like you would want to be treated when you walk into a business. Consult with the customer to determine what they want and what best works for them. Make them look fabulous and keep them returning to your chair!
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license or Master Barber
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a salon is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
