Fantastic Sam’s Cut and Color Salon is seeking a Hair Stylist/ Cosmetologist/ Barber to join their team in Jackson, TN. This is an extremely established and busy salon, offering an excellent opportunity for stylists to earn up to 48% commission, with staff averaging over $25/hour. F/S Cut & Color provides affordable luxury hair services in a fun and bright atmosphere, with over 30 years of experience helping individuals succeed in the beauty industry. The role involves providing beauty services to clients in a recession-proof industry, greeting customers warmly, consulting with them to determine their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or Master Barber
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a salon is a plus but not required.
